The delay in filing the review application is condoned. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.5475/2017 Since the order is passed by the Tahsildar on an application made by the petitioner for changing the mutation entry, the petitioner would surely have an alternate remedy under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. No ground is made out for reviewing the order, dated 22.11.2016 in Writ Petition No.4913/2016. The Misc. Civil Application stands rejected.
