It appears that petitioner has not contacted his Counsel for quite some time. On 18.04.2014, while issuing notice in the matter, we have permitted respondent no.4 State Information Commissioner to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the returnable date.

Writ Petition appears to have been dismissed as against respondent nos. 1 and 3 on 22.01.2016.

In this situation, if appeal is not already decided by the respondent no.4, in view of directions already issued, that respondent has to decide it at the earliest. Hence, without observing anything more, we dispose of the Writ Petition. No costs.
