DATED : MARCH 29, 2017 This application is filed by respondent no.1/ wife for permission to withdraw amount of Rs.60,000/- deposited towards maintenance in this Court.
Shri Thakur, learned Counsel for applicant/ husband has no objection for withdrawal of amount. In that view of the matter, respondent no.1/ wife Smt. Payal Hemant Bharti is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount deposited in this Court. The application is disposed of as allowed.
CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APL) NO.441 OF 2016 Shri Thakur, learned Counsel for applicant, submits that in terms of order dated 8/7/2016, applicant is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- per month towards maintenance on or before 10th day of each month in this Court. However, applicant. for some reason, is in
2903appp404.17 2/2 arrears of said amount of Rs.10,000/- per month for the months of January and February 2017. It is submitted that applicant has deposited Rs.10,000/- for March 2017 and applicant undertakes to deposit said arrears of Rs.20,000/- along with amount of Rs.10,000/- falling due in April 2017 on or before 10/4/2017.
By consent of learned Counsel for both sides, it is decided that said amount shall be deposited by applicant in Saving Bank Account of respondent wife, details of which shall be provided by her to applicant well in advance.
Stand over to 26/4/2017.
