Prayer is to direct the State Information Commission to decide the appeal expeditiously. State Information Commission is respondent no.2. Public Information Officer of employer School is respondent no.1. Writ Petition is dismissed against respondent nos. 1 and 2 on 15.01.2016 itself. Only surviving respondent is respondent no.3 Education Officer. 3.

It is therefore, apparent that no effective adjudication of the matter can be undertaken.

Order 0405wp2227.15 However, if any appeal filed by the petitioner is still pending on the file of the State Information Commission, we grant petitioner liberty to move that Commission for its expeditious and time bound consideration.
