It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petitioner was to be arrayed as the petitioner no.34 in Writ Petition No. 552 of 2023. However, on account of the typographical error his name was not shown as the petitioner no.34 and instead the name of the petitioner no.12 therein was repeated at serial number 34. The petitioner therefore seeks the relief that was granted in Writ Petition No. 552 of 2023.

Since we find that the petitioner had filed his vakalatnama as being shown at serial number 34, it would be open for the petitioner to seek correction of the cause title of Writ Petition No. 552 of 2023.
