No.1973/2019 The impugned order rejects the revision against the RRC in view of the provisions of Section 154(2-a) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, as 50% of the amount under the RRC has not been deposited. This position is not disputed by Mr. Bhamburkar, learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no provision in Section 154(2-a) of MCS Act to relax the condition in any manner whatsoever, considering which I do not see any reason to interfere. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
