Though this petition was filed challenging the order passed by the concerned authority under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 dated 31.05.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner now submit that the minimum wages along with the relevant due/allowances are already paid to the respondents. He submits that though this fact was not disclosed in the initial reply filed before the concerned authority, subsequently it was brought to the notice.

Though the respondents are duly served in the present matter, none appeared.

The learned AGP appearing for respondent No.19

wp1964.19.O.odt is not disputing the statement made by the petitioner regarding payment of minimum wages along with allowances as per their entitlement. Thus, the order passed by the said authority is found to be complied with. The petition could be disposed of by observing no further coercive action could be initiated against the petitioner. 5.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
