Shri S.K. Sable, the learned counsel, who is appointed by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur for working out the matter on behalf of the applicant, fairly states that the applications filed by the applicant have no merit and they should not have been filed. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the applications.

Permission to withdraw the applications is granted. The civil applications stand disposed of as withdrawn. In the circumstances of the case, we direct the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur to pay consolidated amount of rupees one thousand to the learned counsel towards his professional fees.
