This is an application seeking withdrawal of amount deposited in this Court, pursuant to disposal of the appeal filed by the Acquiring Body in this Court by an order dated 19.08.2022, pursuant to a GR dated 03.11.2016, whereby if the amount is enhanced within four times of the amount granted by the Land Acquisition Officer, the Authorities were directed not to prefer an appeal.

Pursuant to the said order of this Court, calculations have been filed by the Acquiring Body. Learned counsel for claimant accepts the said working.

Accordingly, let an amount of Rs.1,61,247/- be withdrawn by the Claimant alongwith accrued interest. 4.

The balance amount of Rs.70,471/- alongwith interest be refunded to the Acquiring Body.
