DATED : 25-04-2017 After hearing this matter for sometime, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and file a regular bail application with a direction to the trial Court to decide the same, as far as possible on the same day of filing of the application. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.
Liberty to the applicants to surrender themselves to the custody of the trial Court and to file a fresh application under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code is also granted and till the time they do so, which may not be more than seven days from the date of the order, the interim protection granted to these applicants on 15-03-2017 shall continue. If any bail application is filed by the applicants, same shall be decided by the trial
