By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.1-Election Officer to keep the votes of members against whom the petitioner has raised an objection in a separate ballot box. The election is scheduled on 19/06/2016. It would not be proper for this Court to interfere in the election process, in exercise of the writ jurisdiction. The petitioner is entitled to take up appropriate proceedings after the election results are declared. The writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
