The grievance made in this contempt petition relates to non-compliance of the order dated 17-1-2020 passed in Writ Petition No.330 of 2020.

In the aforesaid order, the respondent has been directed to take a decision in the matter within a period of six months from the date of the order.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submits that the decision with regard to the caste claim of the petitioner has been taken by the Scrutiny Committee on 20-4-2021.

We accept the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. We are satisfied that the order has been duly complied with by the respondent. 6.
