In the present matter, the trial can be expedited instead of allowing the relief of bail to the applicant looking to the fact that the prosecutrix is minor and had also aborted the child.

Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application (BA) No.185/2015 is rejected.

(ii) The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and shall complete the trial within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

(iii) If trial is not completed within six months, the applicant shall be at liberty to apply for bail. JUDGE kahale
