2.
This is a unique case where this application for grant of anticipatory bail is filed by the applicants while the application for the same relief is pending before the Sessions Court at Wardha for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.619 of 2021, registered with Police Station, Sewagram, District : Wardha, for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 468, 469, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 103 and 104 of the Trademarks Act, 1999.
3.
It is the grievance of the applicants that though the application for grant of anticipatory bail is pending since 16/03/2022, no order has been passed by the Sessions Court on the said application. Whereas, in the recent judgment dated 08/10/2021 in the case of Pritpal Singh ..vs.. State of Punjab in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.
2 61-aba-200-22 408 of 2021, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has observed that the application for grant of anticipatory bail shall be decided expeditiously and it should not be adjourned for the trivial reasons. It is submitted that the anticipatory bail application is fixed for orders on 30/03/2022 and till then he is praying for protection.
4.
Considering the facts of the present case, I do not find any reason to entertain in this application when the application for same relief is pending before the Sessions Court.
Hence, the application is rejected.
However, the learned Sessions Judge is requested to consider the request of the applicant for grant of ad-interim protection, according to law, if the Court is not in a position to pass final order on 30/03/2022. The application is disposed of accordingly.
