This is an application filed by the applicant-appellant for grant of stay to execution of decree dated 1.12.2011 passed in L.A.C. No.154/2005.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that the applicant has preferred the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 01.12.2011 passed in L.A.C. No.154/2005. The learned counsel further submits that the decreetal amount has been deposited in the court.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant-appellant, there shall be stay to execution of decree dated 01.12.2011 passed in L.A.C. No.154/2005. The application stands disposed of.
