The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 31/20 registered with Patur Police Station for offences punishable under Section 376(2)(i)(n), 354-B, 109 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 16 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

A fair statement is made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. M.K. Pathan that the investigation is complete, the seizure is effected and the charge-sheet is filed against the applicant and, therefore, custodial interrogation is not necessary.

The interim protection granted vide order dated 09-3-2020 is made absolute JUDGE adgokar
