19/01/ Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The applicant has filed this application for condonation of delay and for restoration of appeal which was dismissed on 27/01/2015 for non removal of office objection.

The applicant was required to file an application for condonation of delay on or before 27/01/2015. Having failed to file the said application within the stipulated time, the appeal came to be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the restoration application was filed on 09/03/2015. The reasons for not filing the same within the

2 27 cao23-2022 stipulated period have been mentioned in the restoration application and the condonation of delay application. Having considered the said ground set out under delay condonation application and restoration application, the delay is condoned.

Restoration application is allowed.

6.

Civil Application St. No.4821 of 2005 (delay condonation application) be registered and be listed for hearing on 14/02/2022.

Both applications stand disposed of.
