Heard. Perused the contents of the application. For the reasons stated in the miscellaneous civil application, the order dated 12.02.2016 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to file subject to payment of costs of Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty in the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur within a period of one week.

The miscellaneous civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.

If the costs are paid and the writ petition is restored to file, issue notice to the respondent no.2, returnable after three weeks.
