The matter was considered in first half. Advocate Mr. Gupta as also Advocate Mr. Gajbhiye for the respective parties were jointly requested to use their good offices and case was kept in second half. Accordingly, in second half, they informed that issue is amicably settled and the cheque for the amount needed by non-applicant no.2 to repair her vehicle is received by her.
The matter arises out of road accident and there is no loss to the public exchequer. In view of settlement arrived at between the parties and upon their joint request, F.I.R. No.3094/2014, dated 07/05/2014, registered at Police Station Dhantoli, Nagpur is quashed.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
