DATED : 04/12/2020 This is an application for early hearing filed on behalf of the petitioner. It is pointed out that by an order dated 4.6.2018, this petition was directed to be listed for hearing as far back on 7.6.2018. It appears that despite such directions the petition could not be heard finally.

The applicant / petitioner has contended that the claim of the petitioner about running fair price shop is the issue pending in this writ petition and that he and his entire family are dependent for their livelihood on such allotment of fair price shop.

In view of the above, the application is
