By this application, the respondent Nos.1 to 5 are seeking correction in the name of respondent No.5.

The claim petition was filed by her middle name. Now, she got married and after marriage, her name is changed as Vaishali Kishorrao Marodkar. So, her share of compensation be disbursed to her by the name of Vaishali Kishorrao Marodkar. 3.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application which is supported by the Pan Card and Aadhar Card, the Registry is directed to disburse the amount of compensation of her share by accepting her documents on the name of Vaishali Kishorrao Marodkar.
