DATED : 03-04 -202 By present application, the applicants/claimants are praying for stay to the effect and operation of award dated 21-4-2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara.

The record indicates that interim stay was not granted and the status continued till today. The applicants/claimants have not pressed for order on this application. Even otherwise, no fruitful purpose will be served by granting stay to the award in as much as the claimants, who have challenged the award, will not receive the amount of compensation, if the order is stayed. In view of the above, the application is rejected.
