DATED : 09/12/2020 These are applications seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2, for condonation of delay in bringing them on record and for setting aside abatement in the instant matter.

Although these applications are opposed on behalf of the respondents, for the reasons stated in the applications they deserve to be allowed.

In so far as Application No.688 of 2020 is concerned, this Court is of the opinion that the said application is unnecessary, as this Court is concerned

2 / 2 13-WP 1521.2012 with writ petition. Hence, no orders are required to be passed.

The reasons stated in Application No. 690 of 2020 for condonation of delay are found to be reasonable and therefore, the said application is allowed. 5.

The Application No. 689 of 2020 is for bringing on record legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the legal representatives, details of whom are given in paragraph 2 of the application, are permitted to be brought on record. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

Issue notice to the aforesaid legal representatives of respondent No.2.

Mr. Shingne, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of legal representatives of respondent No.2. He may file Vakalatnama within a period of four weeks from today.

The applications stand disposed of in above terms.
