This application is filed for revision against the order passed by the Registrar (J) rejecting the registration of the appeal because of non-removal of office objections.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that inadvertently the notice of the Registrar(J) is not noted, and therefore, the office objections are not removed.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

Appeal be restored at its original stage on the condition that the applicant shall remove the office objections within three weeks. On failure, the earlier order passed by the Registrar (J) will survive. 6.

Application is disposed of.
