2] Looking to the nature of dispute, the parties were directed for mediation and accordingly, the parties with the help and assistance of learned Mediator has resolved their dispute.

3] The Co-ordinator, Mediation Centre, High Court, Nagpur submitted his report dated 23/09/2019 alongwith the agreement in respect of the settlement of the dispute. 4] The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent submits that the present writ petition be disposed of in view of the agreement dated 18/09/2019

17.wp.191.2019.odt arrived at between the parties to this writ petition in presence of the learned Mediator, which agreement is duly signed by the petitioner, her counsel, respondent, his counsel and the learned Mediator.

Writ petition is disposed of, in view of the settlement.
