2] The learned Counsel for the non-applicant / husband, on instructions, submits that the Marriage Petition No.283/2018 pending on the file of 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur be dismissed as withdrawn and as such, this application be also dismissed as infructuous. Since the statement is made on instructions, same is accepted.

3] Hindu Marriage Petition No.283/2018 (Manishkumar Lakhotiya V/s. Dipali Lakhotiya) pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur is dismissed as withdrawn.

4] Let copy of this order forthwith be supplied to said Court for passing a formal order based on the
