For the reasons disclosed in the application, the delay of 277 days in preferring the appeal stands condoned. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. F.A. ST. NO. 5580/2018.

Since appeal bearing First Appeal St. No.3066 of 2018 (V.I.D.C. Versus Vishnu Savarkar) arising out of L.A.C. No.546 of 2011 is already admitted on 23.10.2018, the present appeal in my opinion, deserves same consideration.

Hence, ADMIT.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri M.A. Kadu waives notice of hearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3.
