The petitioner and respondent Nos.2 and 3 have tendered a joint pursis indicating therein that the said parties have finally settled their dispute. The petitioner has tendered his resignation from the post of Assistant Professor with effect from 21/03/2023, which resignation has been since accepted. The petitioner has received an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of his arrears. The petitioner is present in the Court today.

Since the pursis is signed by the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.2 and 3 along with their learned Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the joint pursis. (M.W. Chandwani, J.)
