Perused the application. It appears that the applicants have prayed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant. The first appeal is already dismissed on 11/12/2018.

The learned Counsel for the applicants/respondent nos.1 to 6 has submitted that the amount of compensation may be permitted to be withdrawn, as per the order of the Tribunal.

Considering the fact that the respondent no.1 is the widow of deceased and the respondent nos.2 to 6 are the

1804caf1438.19.odt children of the deceased, they are entitled for equal share in the amount.

Hence, the civil application is allowed. The applicants/respondent nos.1 to 6 are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant, in equal share, along with interest.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
