ORDER

(I) Both the Revision Applications are disposed of in terms of

REVN.58.23+ consent. Parties to act accordingly.

(ii) The non-applicant no.1/wife in Cri.Revision No.58/2023 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,14,000/- with interest accrued thereon, if any, deposited by the applicant-husband, in terms of the consent term 4(b).
