Advocate Mr. Gaidhane for the appellants as also learned A.P.P. for the State point out that matter is admitted on 23rd of March, 2015.

Advocate Mr. Gaidhane also submits that when appeal was filed, there was some delay and, hence, a separate application for condoning the delay came to be filed. He argues that on 23rd March, 2015, by separate order on that application, delay has been condoned. However, the website shows that said application is still pending.

In this situation, we accept statement of Advocate Mr. Gaidhane and as appeal is already admitted on 23rd March, 2015, we condone the delay.

Cri. application is disposed of.
