ATE : JULY 28 , 2023 Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and perused the grounds raised by the applicant. It is seen that the applicant seeks re-opening of the proceedings for seeking that part of the relief that has not been granted to the applicant. The impugned communication dated 31/8/2016 has been partly set aside and the recovery as made has been quashed. We do not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction. 2] The applications are therefore rejected.
