DATE : 05.05.2016 By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of termination, dated 13.1.2014.
Shri Puranik, the learned Counsel for the respondent - University states that in view of the existence of an Arbitration Clause, an Arbitrator is appointed by the respondent - University, as stated in paragraph no.7 of the affidavit-in-reply. It is stated that in view of the appointment of the Arbitrator, the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would withdraw the writ petition in view of the subsequent development but a direction may be issued to the respondent - University to immediately place the matter before the learned Arbitrator as the petitioner is out of service since long.
