Based on the Award dated 5-12-2018, the claim of the petitioners are that the respondent No.3 has not released the amount of compensation in their favour.

Ms Kalyani Marpakwar, learned Assistant Government Pleader, waives service for the respondents.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to treat the application of the petitioners as a representation and decide the issue of compensation in terms of the aforesaid Award expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of this order.
