ATE : FEBRUARY 13, 2025 1) The learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out any policy of the State Government which entitles the petitioner for an additional/advance increment on acquiring higher educational qualification.

2) Mr.Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader also states that there is no such policy insofar as the department to which the petitioner is working.

3) In that view of the matter, we do not see any reason to interfere in the petition, we therefore, dismiss the petition. No costs.
