DATED : 12-03-2025 Even if there is a dispute between the trust inter se that does not preclude the respondent No.1, from deciding the roster in terms of the data available with it, that is the only relief, which is being claimed by Mr. Bhandarkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions. 2.

Mr. A.V. Khare, the learned Counsel for respondent No. 4 does not dispute that the roster by the Backward Class Cell has to be prepared for the purpose of recruitment and promotion.

That being the position, we dispose off the petition by directing respondent No. 1 to prepare and finalize the roster of the schools run by the Chimur Education Society, within a period of four weeks, provided all necessary data has been supplied by the institution to the respondent No. 1.
