Perused the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the application of the applicant seeking permission to assist the prosecution is allowed in terms of it's prayer clause and disposed of as such.

Criminal Application [ABA] No.99/2015:- Mr. Bhoyar, the learned A.P.P. submits that reply on behalf of the State is ready and the same would be filed during the course of the day.

Mr. Moharir, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that copy of the reply is recently supplied to him and seeks some time to go through the reply.
