This is an application for addition of party. 2.

This Writ Petition was directed to be heard along with Writ Petition No.7416 of 2019 vide order dated 12/01/2022. In the said writ petition the society, which the petitioner is seeking to join as party, was not party and without disclosing how the society is necessary party in the present matter, the application came to be moved which is pending for last five years. In absence of any sufficient explanation why the housing society is necessary party to this proceeding, the application cannot be allowed. Accordingly, it is rejected.

For the reasons stated in the applications, both the application are allowed.

The amendment be carried out within one week from today, failing which the stay granted vide order dated 08/11/2019 shall stand vacated.
