There shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer Clause (ii) subject to deposit of amount of Rs.73,75,864/- (Rupees Seventy Three Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Four) along with interest before learned Member, MACT Tribunal, Bhandara within eight weeks from today.
