2.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents while undertaking the work of laying of HighTension lines across the fields of the petitioners have refused to conduct the Survey/Panchanama so as to enable the petitioners to receive the compensation in that regard. The petitioners therefore pray as such Survey/Panchanama be conducted to indicate the area affected by laying HighTension Electric wires. 3.
The learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that in terms of Circular dated 25.07.2022 issued by the respondent No.3, necessary steps would be taken for preparing the Panchanama for determining the grant of compensation towards damages caused to crops and trees while laying down the transmission lines.
4.
We find that the Circular dated 25.07.2022 specifically deals with the manner in which the

5.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3 to act in accordance with the Circular dated 25.07.2022 and take necessary steps in that regard. The learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that the petitioners are obstructing the officers of the respondent No.3 in undertaking the steps in that regard. It is open for the respondent No.3 to take all necessary steps for undertaking the work of laying down the transmission lines in accordance with law. The petitioners shall co-operate in the aforesaid exercise. 6.
Order accordingly, no costs.
