The learned counsel for the applicant informs that the applicant/ petitioner has already been terminated and she intends to prefer independent proceedings questioning her termination. 2.

In view of above she would claim that the applicant/petitioner be granted liberty to prefer fresh proceedings questioning her termination.

In view of aforesaid submission, Misc. Civil Application is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. 4.

If proceedings questioning termination of the petitioner are initiated before the appropriate forum, same shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law without being influenced by the orders passed in this proceedings.
