By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceedings bearing Petition No.A-711 of 2022 pending before the Family Court at Aurangabad to the Principal Judge, Family Court at Nagpur.

Ms Ghonge, learned Advocate appearing for applicant submitted that now the non-applicant has withdrawn the said proceeding from the Family Court at Aurangabad, hence she has filed a pursis to that effect also.

In view of the pursis filed by the applicant, the civil application is disposed of.
