By the present application, the appellants/claimants seek direction to the Registry to release the amount of interest pending with the office of this Court.

Nazir note shows that appellant nos. 1 and 2 were already withdrawn the compensation amount i.e. principal amount of Rs. 11,72,086/- on 20/12/2021, and accrued interest amounting to Rs. 1,84,600/- was invested in the Fixed Deposit with the Nationalized Bank on 28/12/2021.

It appears that vide order dated 27/01/2020, while allowing the application for withdrawal of amount deposited by respondent nos. 1 and 4, this Court has not mentioned about the interest accrued thereon.

In view of this, there is no impediment to allow the present application permitting the appellants to withdraw the amount of interest. Accordingly, the application is allowed. 5.

The applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of interest, which is deposited with the Nationalized Bank. 6.

The Registry to take necessary steps.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
