By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the respondent No.2, dated 16/02/2016 and has sought the protection of his services.

Mrs.Tiwari, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, states on instructions that the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed inasmuch as the respondent No.2 has directed the respondent No.3-Management to reinstate the petitioner in service. It is stated that the impugned order is not being given effect to and the petitioner is directed to be reinstated in service on the post of Male Superintendent. In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
