By this application, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks amendment of the petition for bringing on record the result of a similar controversy and the documents related thereto.

Though the same is opposed by Mr. Kukday, learned Counsel for the respondents, considering that the respondents will have an opportunity to traverse the averments, post amendment, the application is allowed. 4.

The amendment be carried out by the end of this week.
