By this application, the applicant is seeking correction in the entire Criminal Application (APL) No.22/2021 as well as the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by this Court to substitute 'charge-sheet No.695/2020' instead of 'charge-sheet No.3/2020'.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The applicant to carry out the said amendment in the Criminal Application (APL) No.22/2021 and thereafter, the office is directed to substitute 'charge-sheet No.695/2020' instead of 'charge-sheet No.3/2020' in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 05.03.2021. 4.

The Office to carry out the correction accordingly and corrected order be uploaded.
