Nobody for the applicants. We have heard the learned A.G.P. for the respondent/State.

The dispute is about acquisition of immovable property. The petitioner has expired and there is delay of about 283 days in his legal representatives moving these applications.

Though the learned A.G.P. is strongly opposing the request and seeking time to verify the facts. 4.

As we do not see malafides and the applications are filed in March, 2018, we grant the same. Accordingly, delay in filing the application and in bringing legal representatives on record is condoned. Abatement is set aside.
