The dispute between the petitioner and respondent is in respect of tenanted premises, the petitioner being landlady and respondent being tenant. This application is filed by wife of respondent / tenant alleging that the whereabouts of respondent are not known for more than 7 years. It is submitted on behalf the intervenor that the applicant / intervenor is residing in the suit premises alongwith her children.
In the facts of the case, the petitioner is directed to implead the applicant / intervenor as respondent.
The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
