The petitioner Education Institution is seeking directions against respondent no.2 to enroll the students admitted in the petitioner's institution and direct to issue Admit Card for enabling them to appear in examination commencing from 14.03.2023.

Perused the earlier order dated 13.10.2022, wherein directions were issued to admit the students subject to final outcome of the petition. In-consonance with that, we hereby direct respondent no. 2 to permit the enrolled students (as per list page 10 to 11) to allow them to appear in examination scheduled from tomorrow, subject to their eligibility and condition that they shall not claim any equity on the basis of this order. 4.

The result shall not be declared unless permitted by this Court.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
