This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation.

The claimant Nos. 3 and 4 appears to be minor.

In view thereof, of the amount deposited, claimants-respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 25% each, upon executing usual undertaking and balance amount of 50% be kept in any nationalized bank in fixed deposit initially for period of three years. Of the interest on the fixed deposit amount, 50% is permitted to be withdrawn in every quarter by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to be spent on welfare of respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The civil application stands disposed of.

Paper book be filed within a period of six months from today, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
